It is most likely that additional hour classes would be conducted in the night on certain days of the workshop to cover the topics in detail as intended and also to make up any hours that could be lost due to various reasons. There would also be over night assignments given to all the participants at the end of each day’s class. It is therefore desired that all the participants stay together in one place during the entire period of the workshop. To take care of all these and for the convenience of the participants, secure and comfortable boarding and lodging has been arranged, for all the participants, in a residency near to the campus. During all days of the workshop accommodation in the residency will be restricted to the participants only.
Participants opting to find their own accommodation near to the campus are free to do so. In such a case they are required to pay only the workshop registration fee.

The same workshop, when conducted in India for 3-day costs Rs. 54,000 (fifty four thousand) excluding food and stay. A 12 hour online webinar course on Finite Element Method costs $870. Still fee seems high?
This short term course is not just another course, where only lectures are delivered, data variation is discussed and then everybody claps.
